Holiday Heart Opener Gentle Yoga Class + Sound Bath TO RESERVE YOUR SPOT: Please send a Venmo Payment in advance to Kelsey (@kelsey-how) or Zelle (3302073850) and mention "yoga" in the memo. Where: Edgewater Athletic Club 1040 W. Granville Ave. When: Sunday December 7th at 3pm **Please bring a mat & water **limited mats available at gym Option to bring a blanket for restorative poses To Book --> Select date on the Calendar --> Select Time {3pm} Join Ema & Kelsey for a special holiday themed yoga and sound bath session. Ema & Kelsey will lead a 75 minute Gentle Yoga session that focuses on postures to open the chest, upper back, neck, & shoulders. Class will combine elements of yin yoga & gentle vinyasa flow. We will incorporate the therapeutic sounds of the crystal singing bowls to enhance relaxation, relieve stress, and unwind from the holiday hustle and bustle to find peace and stillness.
