Michelle’s teaching style is playful & meditative with a mix of active and restorative postures. As a certified Reiki Master, her sequences (inspired by student requests) unify the physical & emotional body while offering space for growth, experimentation, & healing.

Nichole Brown 

Chicago, IL

Nichole is a 200 hour Certified Yoga instructor with trauma informed training. Nichole offers non-performative yoga with a psychologically sensitive approach and believes the yoga practice is for everyone & every body. Their teaching style amplifies the importance of choice through exploration and observation, reminding each practitioner that they are their best teacher.

Saito

Chicago, IL

Jen is a Chicago based yoga instructor. With movement inspired by her experience in hot yoga, vinyasa yoga, rock climbing, and biking, Jen studies her students’ movement and personalizes her teaching to challenge them and allow them to realize their potential. Expect her to bring her warm, encouraging energy in every class!
