Hi there 👋

I'm Kelsey, founder of KH Movement Lab. I am a 500-hour Certified Yoga Instructor & Personal Trainer who also has experience in the corporate world. As a respected instructor in Chicago teaching across the city for 9 years, I have acquired experience in teaching a wide range of students in a variety of environments. Prior to my certifications, I graduated Akron University with a Bachelor's degree in Dance. Throughout my professional dance career, I suffered various injuries. This brought me to yoga as a means to heal her body and promote a balance of strength & mobility. 

KH Movement Lab was born out of my love for movement. Movement can look and feel different for everyone, so classes will offer and encourage a variety of options to experiment with. Participants will be empowered to listen and observe their bodies to make informed decisions. 

 

As someone who juggles a demanding schedule, I know firsthand how difficult it can be to prioritize time for health & wellness. I've experienced the detrimental effects of not having a good work-life balance. Which is why I'm here to help! Classes are designed to be flexible, fit into a busy lifestyle, engage the body & mind, leaving you refreshed and ready to take on the next task!
