Join us for an energizing outdoor workout with stunning lakeside views! This all-levels High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class uses nothing but your own body weight to build strength, improve endurance, and boost cardiovascular fitness. Expect a dynamic mix of functional bodyweight exercises—think squats, push-ups, lunges, and planks—paired with short, powerful bursts of cardio to get your heart pumping. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, every movement can be modified to match your fitness level. Come break a sweat, feel the fresh air, and leave feeling stronger than ever! Bring your mat & water, bring a friend, and let's make the most of summer in Chicago!
